Welcome! I’m Daniel Lim, the owner and operator of Pacific Flight Training, and an FAA-certified flight instructor (CFI, CFII) with a passion for teaching and flying. I began my aviation career at Addison Airport in Dallas, Texas, and have since made San Diego my home base. Whether you’re dreaming of your first solo flight or aiming for an advanced rating, I’m here to guide you through every milestone. Let’s take to the skies together and turn your aviation aspirations into reality!
My Background

I began my flight training journey at Addison Airport (KADS) in Dallas, Texas. Since then, I’ve earned my Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) and Certified Flight Instructor Instrument (CFII) certifications, which have allowed me to combine two of my greatest passions: aviation and teaching.

Becoming a flight instructor has been incredibly rewarding, as it enables me to share my love for flying and help others achieve their aviation dreams. I’ve always been driven by a desire to learn and grow, and I bring that same enthusiasm into every lesson I teach. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel confident and empowered to excel.
